What We’re Looking For
We believe true worship coaching requires both musical excellence and spiritual maturity. We’re looking for individuals who:
Musically Gifted

Are experienced vocalists, instrumentalists, or worship leaders

Can teach technique, musicality, and team dynamics

Understand worship set planning and live performance environments

Value creativity, preparation, and excellence in their craft
Spiritually Mature
-
Have a vibrant, personal relationship with Jesus

Understand the biblical foundation of worship

Are grounded in humility and servant leadership

Can disciple others in hearing God’s voice and leading with sensitivity to the Spirit

This program is not just about producing better musicians—it’s about forming true worshippers. As a coach, you’ll play a critical role in:
